I deliver the truck on sunday. I joined the line to check the truck in. The place was very busy. The lady on duty asked who was delivering a truck. I explained that I had wanted to document my mileage. She told me it would be calculated and billed to my credit card. I trusted the system and left, because I had to go to work. I have never had this problem before. I rented the truck from Port charlotte to West Palm Beach. I stopped at Ockechobee at Faith farm and left off some furniture. The trip should only be about 200 miles the most. one day after delivering the truck I was told that the truck was not delivered and if I wanted more time. My son went to the location and was told the truck was in the back but the key could not be found. After following up on three different occasion, i was sent a bill for over 400 extra miles. This is so unfair and is robbery. I will never ever rent again from U-haul or refer anyone.Janet S.

For this person he needed to know that we followed our original paperwork and tried to charge me the place I dropped off tow was not the drop off . The tow was the biggest problem and delayed us a day in our moving process since the car wheels â€œmovedâ€ and squeeled. We finally ditched it the first place would not take it but to get anyone to take the tow was a constant calling calling for hours being transferred to one person to the other or just being on hold.this was not our first nightmare for this move.Valrie M.

Brittany in Customer Service check in was great. However after that it all went to hell, the person to pull the truck was no where to be found (and I was the only customer) when I asked the guy putting on the tow bars to peoples cars he said â€œI don't know where he is? You have to wait!â€ I wonder if he had movers at a cost of $80 an hour if he would of been so uncaring (poor Customer service). I finally located the truck myself, found the dolly I also rented, and threw blankets in the back of the truck. Once again no one to assist me or question what I was doing, I finally pulled off the lot 15 minutes later with the shit I needed but no help from ANYONE except Brittanyâ€¦.ANTHONY C.

The people who were in line were treated badly and took too long. They charged me at the beginning about 3,000 dollars because they made a mistake and at first they did not want to pay me because they were very busy, I had to come later a couple of hours and I had to wait an hour for the disbursement. Good site and all, but those who attend need an urgent customer service course.Luis M.
Attendant telling me to park at a location that was impossible. Second Attendant helped me with parking and that he would take care of paperwork. After a few hours of not seeing email I called store. Poorly managed. I understand they were under staffed but that's no excuse for poor customer service. I was also over charge for the rental, I over paid for gas but refused for the over payment and the percentage for mileage was incorrect, it was suppose to be $.59 instead they charged me $.99 per milage. I tried to dispute the charges but I was told to come back when manager is there. My experience was just terrible.GHISLAINE R.

Large line with only 2 people assisting the clients. I did the pick up process online and my truck had multiple trucks in front blocking it. After doing my process online, I had to do the normal line in order to get the key of the truck. Will not use this location any more. If you use it, and do online pick up, you will waste the time and spend there about 40 minutesRene L.

The clerks were so un organized. I was walked to my rental by a clerk who was carrying her breakfast with her. She was eating horrible food out of a styro foam container. The pick up process through the app was very jerky. Front desk attendant asked me to click through the steps like â€œI have the keyâ€ when she never handed me the key. When the website said I was ready to leave, a uHaul employee would not let me drive the truck and said I had to check something else inside. I walked back and forth to the truck 2-3 timesRodolfo V.
