When I arrived, the key I needed was not in the assigned box. I called customer service, and they gave me the code to each of the boxes so I could check and see if the key was in the wrong box. All the codes were already set to the code needed to open the box. We couldn't find the key, which was actually a good thing, because when I went to check the truck I was supposed to rent, the back was full of water. The customer service rep upgraded me to a bigger truck, but when I checked out, I was charged the rate of the bigger truck. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Trailer that I rented was good. U-haul online/U-haul handling was horrible. I rented an enclosed 6x12 trailer. U-haul person called me next day telling me that one was not available in the area where web site said there was one. so changed to 6x12 open trailer. No big deal. Went to place to pickup trailer. No open trailer there, but then person there said that I rented an enclosed trailer and that one is right there. So ended up getting an enclosed trailer after all. LOL Moral of the story, does not seem like people or web site knows what the hell is going on.
Doug EWe waited over an hour for the lady to come to release the U-Haul to us. And we did reserve the U-Haul the day before. so we ended up calling U-Haul themselves and they checked us in to a truck. The lady did arrive after everybody was checked in with the lady on the phone. The keys are in the wrong box had a search for the keys, I would never recommend this area again. It was located in Airport Rd., Watertown, WI.
Ryan RLocation was a run down storage building. No representative. Had to do transaction/pickup over the phone. Lot of junk/debris. All gravel.
