I was quoted one price and charged MUCH more upon return. Why hasn’t anyone called me back on this?

There is no one around to assist you. Using the app to check in for the vehicle was the worst. The app constantly crashed, you had to begin all over, retake the necessary photos and crash yet again. The app gives you the truck number and in pouring rain it’s up to the renter to read each truck for the number, then you must walk back to the building lock box enter a code get key and again go back to truck. My reservation was 6 pm. It took almost40 minutes to finally get the truck. Never again.
James McIvorWhen I first got in the truck there was barely any gas in it. So we had to fill it up. The guy at the location said that uhal would reimburse us for the gas. I put 40$ in it on an empty tank. You jerks charged me an extra 18$ because I went 17 miles over? Yeah you suck, I was given a truck with no gas in it. Spent money on gas and you assholes charged me for 17 fucking miles? NEVER renting from you guys ever again. And then the people I dropped it off too were straight assholes too. Like now I sound like I have an attitude because I’m still in shock because of the service.
Kelly FinneyDidn't have a pickup available. Gave me the next step up for a HIGHER price, like it was MY fault THEY didn't have what was needed. Then, charged me for gas when I returned it WITH a half tank as asked. That's what happens when you have no choice on a Sunday afternoon🤷
Veronica EnglandTheir power was out and the manager was very helpful trying to get my reservation processed. He repeatedly called his manager/director to get a quicker solution but after 3-5 calls over a 30 or so minute time frame he was unable to reach them because their voice mail was full and they weren’t answering their phone. We were able to get it figured out but it was frustrating for everyone. He still had a fantastic attitude and was doing his best in the crazy situation.
