The place didn't have the pin and the hitch to purchase. The person helping to hitch, couldn't find the wiring tucked in the Highlander. The U-Haul location for the drop-off was better equipped.

Clint S.Lighting and a designated parking area would be helpful because it was about 10 at night when we returned it and hadn't really been there so it was unfamiliar But it was easy to find and had other rentals around so we parked next to them.
