The truck was dirty and the gas wasn’t full. On top of that the cashier kept saying there was an “error” when he tried to send the pickup link to my phone. He ended up using his personal phone to take photos of the front and back of my ID which made me very uncomfortable and left me worried about him having my personal info saved.

JOHN QThe truck was fine. Outside of the vehicle though, I had reserved the vehicle to have a dolly and 24x furniture covers. This location had neither. They only have the vehicles and that was very disappointing as I needed those items for my move. Cannot recommend when you don’t have basic moving items outside of the truck.
Hunter HTruck was in excellent condition with the exception of the floor boards. Otherwise it was an excellent experience.
Kelly VGreat service and very kind staffer
