Michael FMy husband and I went to this facility to rent a uhaul as we are moving from Ben Wheeler to Bullard. We expressed the to the lady at the counter that we would like to drop the truck in Bullard (zip code 75757) 3 miles from our house. However, when it came to drop off truck they had put the wrong location that we asked, and the form stated a random address in Tyler and we were charged an additional 20 dollars. Although we returned the truck full and under the 48 mile mark stated. They were also not very informative when we asked for the price difference and made us feel as if it was an inconvenience to check the difference. We have used uhaul to move in the past and this experience was very unpleasant. When picking up and dropping off. Moving can already be stressfull and the uhaul was just added stress to the situation unfortunately this time.

TALGAT IFirst issue was that my pick up location was changed the day before pick up to a different town. Then I checked the truck out, used it, and then the situation got worse. I received two different drop off locations. I returned the truck to the first location I received via text but the app showed a different drop off location. Then I was informed that the truck I was driving and the truck used on contract did not match and I the total amount of miles I drove was 28,000+. I had to wait at this drop off location over an hour to get to talk to someone and then get everything fixed. This made me late for the appointment and I had to reschedule. I typically have GREAT experiences with U-Haul but this one really set me back an important appointment to see a new house and was overall frustrating.
