Didn’t have the keys to my truck gave me another truck that literally locked up on me
Amanda MPlease call me at (518) 416-6329. I had a TERRIBLE experience. I was directly LIED to by one of your representatives, which led me to wasting 3 hours of my time when I was trying to move my personal items. Additionally, I was charged $94 extra because of the complete fucking incompetence of one of this uHaul location. I am extremely dissatisfied and I will be calling uHaul customer service every single day until this issue is addressed. I want my money back.
STEVEN MThe truck was not cleaned at all, and there were safety concerns. Inside the Cabin, I had to use my own dustbuster to get up dirt, hair, and debris. The middle-latch seatbelt did not have a button to latch into so the middle seat rider had no seat belt safety. We didn't realize this until we got the truck back to the house to load up. Truck only had 1/2 a tank of gas. The rear of the truck had left over furniture pads and broken glass everywhere that the owner took her time sweeping up and removing. What should've been a 15 minute check in took over 40 minutes. The truck was also outdated, it was not one of the newer Uhaul rentals I've had in the past with automatic windows and indoor locks, so everytime you had to get in the truck you had to go around and unlock with key and you had to roll down the windows manually on both sides. This was a last minute schedule change done by Uhaul that said my usual location did not have a one-way 15" truck available although I scheduled this 2 weeks prior to my move. I called customer support to make a report and let them know about my concerns as to which I have not heard from the regional manager.
