There was no run down on equipment/overall processes. I was told that because the auto transport trailer was out of stock(after booking). I would be upgraded to the toy hauler. Uhaul failed to mention that it is a larger-heavier trailer and tie downs aren't included. This resulted me in spending more in fuel costs and having to delay my trip, running around town trying to find proper tie downs.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat customer service i
Barbara MThis is the second time I rented from this location! The customer service is outstanding! The trucks not so much. The trucks need maintenance done on them. Both times I rented trucks the dashboard lights went on. The first time it was the check engine light and the brakes did not work like they should. I had to press the pedal all the way down, in order to stop the truck. The second truck I just rented the tire light went on that the tire system needed to be checked. When driving a big u haul truck, it makes it very scary for the renter when these lights come on.
Dina SInspect the truck completely to ensure it is clean.
Corry PThe truck cab was not cleaned, had stains, and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The AC also did not work and we were driving for 16 hours in Texas.
