The entire rental process was very smooth with no issues or holdups. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. I will rent from them again in the future!!

The equipment was great, the logistics were perfect, and the whole experience was painless. However, at this time we are still in a pandemic and under state and county orders to wear face coverings. I came in contact with two employees at this location. The first was wearing her mask under her nose while handling the paperwork in the office while I stood on the other side of the counter. Outside, the gentleman that handed over the equipment walked me through inspection and instructions and was, at times, less than arm's length away and wore no mask at all. The same gentleman collected the returned equipment from me, and again did not wear a mask. I feel like this shows a blatant disregard for the safety of their customers and either defiance or irresponsibility. Although I have rented from this location before and it is always as easy as can be, with no complications whatsoever, I can't return to this location until assured that proper safety protocols are put in place and enforced.

The woman at the front desk was unbelievably rude as soon as we walked inside. She was rude to my husband last time we rented there. We will not be going back to that location.

This was my second location.First location was a sad joke.Did not get much help there. Vehicle had to get estimate for damage.....Employee only told me to call 800 number.not very helpful at all.

I couldn't find a way to report the intial gas level when I received the truck. I returned the truck at the same gas level as when I received if. I was charged for the difference between the level I returned it and a full tank.

I was charged additional for gas even though the gas gauge wasn't working properly. Also the truck had an issue with the transmission and the RPMs with a rev whenever we would stop. The vehicles need to be better maintained.

Truck roof leaking. Guy tells me Corona virus is a hoax, probably because I was wearing a mask. It's a small space, have some respect for your customers. I wouldn't say anything, but that is pretty appalling. Just leave me alone. U-haul is a piece of trash company, thanks for ruining my day. If I do get coronavirus, I will know where it came from, two old guys that really don't care.

Warn them not to use the app. App was SO SLOW I wasted 20 minutes just TRYING to check out the truck. (Wasn't my connection - tested other sites to be sure). Inside was faster but not much. I've rented lots of trucks and trailers from u-haul. Why doesn't a scan of my license ID me as a trustworthy customer and just hand me the freakin' keys???

When the gentleman care out front with the truck he did the instruction block. I asked about the inspection walk around to note any damage. He said that since i got the insurance i didnt need to worry. I said i stillwanted a walk around and he said i can do whayever i like , and walked away. You aways do a damage inspection before renting any vehicle. And the back was dirty. Very unprofessional.

My issue is with the customer service department for U-Haul. I reserved a trailer online at a specific location. The online system will not allow you to reserve a trailer if it's already reserved in the system. The online system confirmed that I had a reservation at the time and the location I wanted. 2 days later, I received a voicemail from U-Haul customer service stating that my trailer was no longer available at that location and I would have to drive several miles out of my way to get a same-size but different trailer. They also left a phone number to call with questions or concerns. Since this was the second time in a matter of weeks that I had been forced to change a reservation, I called the number. The first person I talked to was upset with me because she didn't feel like U-Haul was making me travel "that far" out of my way. I responded that I had already reserved the trailer at the location I normally rented from. When I asked her why I wasn't being given the trailer I had already reserved, she put me on hold for about 15 minutes. Finally, a completely different person picked up the line and asked if they could help me. I explained the situation again, and that someone was supposed to be helping me, but had put me on hold and never came back. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and the representative said "There aren't any available" and hung up. I called back again and asked for a supervisor. I was told they were all at lunch (I suppose it's plausible considering the time I was calling, but why send all the supervisors at the same time?). I asked for a supervisor to call me back and confirmed my name and phone number. Nobody ever called me back.

The location was fine. Uhaul.com kept changing the location and by the time I was able to pick up the vehicle I was late for my day. $350/day for a rental was pretty excessive for a eight hour rental.

One of the older gentlemen there is just plane rude. One of the straps came off of my tire (jest u haul did put the strap on the stap drug in the ground and was damaged. I am more them willing to pay for the damage but I do not need that guy to tell me I am negligent.

The men working were very unfriendly. The app also was AWFUL. It took an hour and a half to pick up my truck because the app wouldn't respond to my submissions. I had to go inside to get help. They ended up having g to re-write the contract for a paper form. What is the point of having contactless options if they don't work? It took another 30 minutes after going inside to actually leave the lot. There was also no indication that I saw on the website when booking that there would be a milage charge. My $180 reservation turned into over $300. Please make it so the milage charge is quite clear and evident on the site. I will not recommend Uhaul nor will I ever use this service again.
