Nothing but lies from the uhaul representatives. I was told i would get a different size truck for the same price and was giving the complete opposite. I got charged almost $500 instead of the original price of $68. keep in mind no damages to the truck or anything everything changed because the location we had to go to first said they had a 24hr service at first and they were closed when we got there. so no dont use these people all the new policies and updates are trash and inconvenient.
