How U-Haul Reviews WorkHave more moving dolleys available.tgey had none and had to rent one at Home Depot making the move a bit more stressful.
Alex MThe personnel was helpful, but I had to go looking for them. The sign posted said to "wait here for attendant" but no one came.
Estee PFriendly staff and helpful.
Mike KIt took over 1 1/2 hours to check in! After spending time at home in the morning doing all the pre checking crap online,,, I literally had to do everything all over again there. I spent more time checking in than I did using the trailer. I will never use U-Haul again! Absolutely ridiculous!
