There seemed to be some confusion about the processing of my rental - it took about 15-20 minutes to pick up the truck so that made the experience a little less satisfactory. Secondly, the truck I rented had a error message that read "Left RR Tire Low - Add Air" (or something similar) and I nor the rep at the location knew exactly what that meant, so the maintenance aspect could've been better as well.

BRIAN D.This is a dual business. On my return date, there was only one person working. He had to run the register with multiple customers and take care of me dropping off the trailer. He called his manager who said he'd check the trailer in online. When I received a call from the regional manager the next day, I realized he didn't do what he said. Luckily I had pictures to prove I turned it in. Regional manager was very friendly and helpful though.
