The map showing me where to pick up the u-haul showed the old location across the street. We looked around for a while until we figured out what happened and finally went across the street. It was so busy inside, no one was available to speak with me so I walked out and tried again on my own. My wife and I finally found the truck, which was parked in between two other trucks and very hard to get out to drive away. The appliance dolly we had reserved was unavailable. I had to ask for a utility dolly instead and no straps were given. It was a slow, frustrating process.David M.

Your app experience is terrible. It doesn't open the camera app as expected for me to take pictures. I had to use a friend's phone and sign them into my account. At least give me an option to upload a photo from the camera roll if you can't program your app correctly to do it. It was difficult to find the drop box at this location so I ended up going inside to drop off the key and the person at the desk wanted me to walk it back outside after pointing out the box. It was pouring rain and overall a frustrating experience.Tiffany F.

I absolutely will not return to this location. I rent u-haul trailers all the time from other locations and have never had an issue. I returned the trailer after hours and was charged for 2 days. I tried to check it in on the system (which no other location has ever required) and the check-in would not work. I called the location and they will do nothing.Tora J.

Either something was wrong with the trailer because two women could not unhook the trailer. Then a man saw us struggling and he couldn't do it either. The only way we could get the trailer unhooked was by pulling the pin on my receiver and slowly pull forward. I personally think the trailers are too heavy for women to unhook. You should tell women to bring someone strong with them to drop off after hours! I was at this same location Thursday evening prior to this rental. He was a jerk! Blond hair maybe 25-30 years old. I returned a truck nine miles under the pre-paid estimate but only received (I was told) about a $6 refund. When I asked why, at $1.19 per mile, the refund was not more? Nobody could tell me. I reserved a moving truck for 8 hours. Due to extenuating circumstances I needed to pick the truck up early (essentially renting it for 2 days instead of 1 day) but keep it for my regular reservation time. I was told this would be no problem and that I could pick it up early. After I picked the truck up I received an auto text from Uhaul that the truck was due back in 8 hours from the time that I picked up the truck which would be 2:30 AM. I assumed this was a mistake since I made a last minutes reservation change so I called the 1 800 Uhal number and spoke with customer service who indicated that there was nothing they could do that that if I did not return the truck by 2:30 AM I would be assessed a late fee. I politely explained that I was very clear when I called to make changes that I still needed it for the original reservation time and customer service told me they were sorry for the miscommunication but that there was nothing more they could do. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I took down names of everyone I talked to and explained they I was told I could extend my reservation and instead they just moved my reservation time up and that someone else had the truck rented after me so I would need to return it. Horrible horrible customer service. I DO NOT recommend Uhaul as they have terrible customer service. I would give no stars if I could. Spend your money elsewhere. Does not recommend. To improve this for the next customer you can honor what the request that I made. I ended up using the truck for 4 hours instead of the original 8 hours and returned it at Midnight to avoid additional fees. The customer service department literally did nothing to try to keep me as a customer or try to solve my issue. This was the first time and will be the last time I ever use uhaul.Ethan P.
