I was given the wrong place to go to to pick up a van I got there they didn't have any vans. They only had trucks I was quoted a price that I was overcharged. I went from there to Centerville and was charged over $300. I don't understand that.

Kimberly W.The Uhaul website could not take the picture of my DL. I refreshed the system and was NEVER ABLE to get the picture accepted. So, I had to go in to BP Courthouse Rd and thank God, the sweet,patient and caring young lady was able to put my information into the computer. Fix your website or don't send people to it, when it does NOT work. Thanks to 208 BP, I was able to rent my truck in a timely manner. A special thanks to 208 BP! Great customer service!
