Can UHaul go back in time and be the exact way it was 10-20 years ago? Moved a lot as a kid. My mom always trusted UHaul for a moving truck. I totally have always talked highly of UHaul, was even excited to prove my knowledge of UHaul's superb business. Not like it used to be or like I imagined. Never again, UHaul... .....never again. Make sure everything works properly. The windshield washer did not work. Having to stop to physically clean the windshield was not fun and time consuming on a 1300 mile trip in snow and wet weather. I stopped and filled the washer fluid which had no effect. The washer did not work at all.Glen E.
Do not have your employees upload customer's DL using their own phones. Don't you know about the HiPAA policy? When I questioned this, your employer got very defensive. I when through with the transaction because of Rochelle reassured me it was ok and that she would delete my driver license from Scotty's IPhone. You should have a better system to upload information because this was very uncomfortable for me. In addition, I was told I was going to be charged a different price. When I returned the truck, Scotty did not give us a receipt. He did not even bothered to tell me that he would send me one by email. When I received the email this morning, the amount that was charged to my account was very high. I have been doing business with U-Haul since 2002 and I never received such bad service from an employee. You should train your employees to work with the public, after all, we don't get anything for free â€” not that I want it but at least being pleasant would with customers would help your ratings.elizabeth R.

The gentleman behind the counter was great. He told me the new features on the truck which was perfect. He was awesome. However trying to set the appt on line was ridiculous - put the correct info in but at checkout it kept putting in incorrect info. Finally called 800# and ordered it which was faster and easier.Debbie S.

The man who helped me took an hour and 15 minutes to get us our uhaul that was already rented online the night before, but he insisted we start all over from scratch in person. He had to start over 3 different times because he insisted i pay for 3 days when i only needed it for a couple hours. Multiple times he tried to charge me for a 3 day rental and i had to correct him. Finally after an hour and 15 mins he brings out the uhaul..mind you this WAS my moving day that was supposed to start at 11:30...its now 12:50 and he brings the truck out without any dollys..i tell him we need dollys and he informs me he forgot to ring them up and insists i just move without them otherwise were gunna have to start all the way over. After awhile he just gives us a dolly without checking it out, for free. Its now 1:00. Finally no more problems i think. Wrong. Come to return the uhaul after hours and i cant because the guy didnt even rent it under my account but charged my card. Finally found my contract number and found out how to return it without an account...and what happens? They say they have to charge me a second time because the first payment was never recorded?? Absolute BS and waste of my time. Next time, I will drive into Coeur d alene and pay the extra $100 in miles and gas just to avoid this location and the guy who clearly had no idea what he was doing on the job. Get it together uhaul.
