I do not know how you cold improve the service that was given to me. The trailer was in position for easy departure. When wished a good afternoon greeting. I informed them who I was. They show me the trailer . We inspected for damage. Went to the office waited for a few keystrokes, signed the papers and was on my way. Easy in Easy out Very pleased

It should NOT be advertised that a rental location is available when in fact, they no longer do Uhaul rentals. The gas was charged when we filled the gas back to where it was. All the hidden fees should be upfront upon renting. The furniture pads that were most needed were NOT in the vehicle. The girl that rented the vehicle was very sweet!

The gentleman who checked me in was very nice and I had no complaints with him personally. I had a very poor experience. First, the site I selected and showed as available when I made the reservation wasn't available. I was pulling up to the site when I got the notice to check-in to a different location that was another 20 minutes farther away. The site didn't have the parts I needed to complete my check-out so I had to make another trip to a NAPA store to get parts and when I picked up the trailer the turn signal was broken. Additionally, I declined the insurance when I made the reservation but it was added to my bill, which I didn't notice until I had already completed check-out. I called customer service to make sure I wouldn't get charged for the broken light and after 45 minutes on hold the customer service rep told me that "it would probably be ok." I've chosen U-Haul several times for moves over the years and this was the least pleasant experience I have had so far; it was very disappointing.

The people were very nice and accomodating. Our issue was the entire pick up - it was suppose to be in Reisterstown and I ended up having to go to Specerville and pick up a day earlier because they schedule me for downtown Balitimroe. The location I picked up from also did not have all the blankets because they did not know.
