Yard looked like an automobile grave. No light on the sign board. Could have easily missed it as there were no street lights. Google kept insisting that we have reached the destination. Only one spot available to park a large vehicle. Lucky I found it. Took a good 45 min to scout and find the key drop and return the vehicle by smartphone during after hours.

First truck had a check engine light. Luckily there was one other truck available but it had a low tire (-20#) which required finding air hoses and moving truck to the spot. The helper employee was a wonderful kid, tried real hard to help. The manager arrived 20 minutes late (9:20 for 9:00 opening time), so completely negated the advantage of being able to get the truck by mobile phone outside normal hours. I had waited from 8;25. Left the Uhaul close to 10. Wound up late for our move-in elevator appointment and had to wait for an afternoon opening. Will not be renting from that location again even though closest to my house. Also the mobile app pickup dropoff worked great.

Business was filthy and not well kept. The utility trailer I rented worked well but I had to clean what appeared to be farm animal feces from the back of the trailer so that the cargo (motorcycle) I was towing would not get dirty.

The location was closed when it was returned at 3:30 pm. We couldn’t even really return it. The gas was replaced, but I was charged 60.00 in fuel fees. This is ridiculous.

The inside of the van could have been swept out from the prior renter. The lady who managed the reservation was fantastic. Friendly, great customer service. Knew the details and made renting a breeze. Easier than any vehicle I have ever rented.

Please give Mary a raise. Like double her salary. I brought in a 26 foot truck moving one way from Cincinnati, OH, about 500 miles. Upon arrival, the mileage display said I had driven 1,400 miles, and the computer tried to charge me an extra $320. She spent an hour trying to contact her manager and cleared up the charges as a clerical error at the Cincinnati location from which I picked up the truck. In addition, I had had an unfortunate situation with a terrible landlord moving here and had to immediately and quickly find other housing. She was kind, sympathetic, looked up a few places for me, and even explained areas and neighborhoods in Maryland since she knew I had arrived only a few days prior. Kind, professional, courteous, competent, friendly, helpful, smart. Mary absolutely rules! Best customer service interaction of my entire life!
