I sat there for over a hour when my pick up was at 9. Customer service was no help. Had to wait for an hour for someone to get there with no communication!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was pretty dirty on the interior - cigarettes on the floor and what appeared to be used tissues in the cupholders.
Jeffrey SThis is not a reflection on the uhaul site that I ordered from because they are only working in the confines of the global uhaul system. Your app is terrible. The process is clunky and not user friendly. The process is always painful. Every time it's the same clunky terrible experience. I rated it average only because the lady at the site was great to work with, and helpful. Sadly though the app and uhaul global company is a complete crap show.
JAMES FOrdered an appliance dolly but it wasn't in the truck an picking up the truck took quite a bit of time
Joseph Slot was a little rough
