How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe woman at the gas station didn’t know what she was doing. She was rude and took her to getting us set up and on our way the truck was dirty in the back when we picked it up but I swept it clean before dropping it off.
marcelo vThe truck I reserved two weeks ahead of time wasn't available on moving day. The truck rented to me was smaller (meaning more trips and mileage fees) and was filthy inside and out. When returning the truck, the Uhaul representative was rude.
Daniel PUpon arriving the equipment that we had reserved wasn’t available. When speaking with customer service, they said that they didn’t have that specific equipment available at the location, and I said that they should have contacted me prior to pick up to inform me of that. The owner came outside and began arguing over the matter. Unprofessional and bad customer service to not notify that the reservation is being modified because they don’t have the correct equipment at pick up.
Frayah WThe people are friendly, the truck was waiting and it was clean
