I would highly recommend this facility Very down-to-earth people very friendly and kind asked me if I would like water because it was so hot out. Glen was awesome he helped me hook up the trailer and get on the road excellent people to deal with.
Please improve the straps so that they can handle bigger tire size
If you're going to have online pickup, the location needs to have good internet. A wifi router with a "guest" network inside the building would have worked. Instead I had to drive to the top of the hill to upload the required photos. I would only recommend this location when the storefront is open and to not rely on online pickup. The internet service is just too slow.
They were very helpful at this location. The manager was very helpful and explained everything to me. They offered me refreshments. I would highly recommend this location.

I dropped my rental off after hours I called the emergency number and spoke with Cortland he was very accommodating and very nice to speak with it was a well lit facility very nice and I felt very safe leaving the equipment there I would highly recommend this fine facility to anyone
The manager there was so great and assisted me and anything I needed his name was Cortland made my rental experience very simple

Terry at Blockhouse Storage went above and beyond in his service. He even sent an employee over to where our personal truck needed a jump while on the way to return the equipment. Much appreciated! (The UHaul CS agent that called about it being "late" was rude. The equipment was not late and I was very frustrated by how she spoke.)
The truck only had 50k on it. However I believe the wiper blades were the original factory. When it started raining in the evening, they were so bad I couldn't see very well with the headlights coming at me. Being a cdl driver I stayed in my lane. But someone else could have had a head on collision. Very dangerous
