The computer entry system was bogged down. The cashier accidentally double booked two trucks instead of one. I was contacted by a U-haul employee to confirm that I did not want the second truck later that day. Upon return of the truck June 7, my invoice included the second truck rental. I have sent word through by email of the discrepancy to U-Haul as well as the cashiers at the Liquidation Outlet. Hopefully someone will sort it out.

I have been renting Uhauls from this location for a little while now, they are ALWAYS on-point, fast and reliable. I have closer depots near me, but prefer this location due to the ease of access, and the staff are knowledgeable Lately, my favourite part has been having a full tank upon pick-up!!! My only suggestion would be the parking lot - possibly could the trucks be parked on an angle, so it is easier to get in and out? Thank you so much!

KIMBERLY GThis was the second time I used your services within a couple of months and the only reason I went back to this location was I needed a car dolly right away but I did hope the issues from last time would have been fixed. The strap latch on the dolly was broken just like last time. Nothing was done last time and so I didn't even bother to mention it this time. If I wasn't experienced with car dollies this would be a major issue. Please have your locations repair items as they come back and do not ignore the customers. Tha k you
