Nikki was great to deal with, returned out truck, rented a storage unit quickly and efficiently with kindness and a smile. Wonderful experience!

Yuriy PThe mobile return process was not explained and not user friendly.
Krzysztof SI didn’t like that the website says someone’s only on location 9pm to 12am. I did t want to pick it up without anyone there in case something was wrong with the truck so I set it up for the night and still no one was there and it was scary back there up behind houses.
Christel LNot open when told it would be open for counter pick up. Did not provide requested additional rental items. I had to purchase a dolly to move my furniture.
