Inform the customer that the truck does not come with a dolly and ask if they need one. Overall service was excellent!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWonderful customer service! Facility is very clean.
Jordan SPicking up the truck on a Sunday via the app was very frustrating. The check in process was not easily clear, even after watching the video, for example, what to click on to get where in the app. I made several attempts to upload the requested/required photos, and some were successful, others were not. Initially, the app would not recognize my location, even though my app was set to allow it. This prolonged the check-in process which cut into my reservation time.
MICHELLE YFront windshield needed to be cleaned. Everything else was fine.
DeMondrae Mgreat experience: clean and efficient vehicle, straightforward contract and explanation of charges, easy parking in parking lot.
