In my opinion, your mileage rates are way too high. For a short(time-wise) day trip to a town my family and I are moving it cost over $200. I understand there is overhead, but to be honest your mileage rate seems to be overkill. This is no reflection on Willis Quick Stop which I know was simply following company policy. Please review your per mile cost and do something to help people out. Moving is already stressful and expensive.Mark W.
The manager in charge of helping me get the u-haul wasn't very friendly and wasn't really trying to help me get the u- haul. She just told me what to do and left. Well let's just say she ended up coming back and I wasn't able to leave with the u-haul til around 6:30 and had to have it back by 9 so with her not wanting to do her job made me loose out an hour that I could have used. Instead I didn't get all of what I needed moved cause I ran out of time and I wasn't about to have to pay for that again. But once she got the orders and the information put in from returning the truck it took a couple days to get the money back from not using all my miles I had repaid for. U-haul was awesome, and it's wasn't y'all it was the cleark at the location.Vanessa W.

I was charged 51,000 dollars for a 100 milr travel. It took an hour to call and get the issue fixed. It was frustrating. The end point was Willis in Seminole. The worker didnt seem to be professional and the store was chaos for not only me but other customers... I would rent from Coalton Road in Henryetta but will never do buisness with Willis ever again.Amanda R.

Very easy to get to, the lady that help me was Very Nice. It was extremely slow process to get it rented. There wasn't anyone there to help hook up what I rented. I felt Very Uncomfortable hooking it up by myself. I had to move 2 trailers to get to the car hauler that I rented, no one came out to ck on any damages that may have been there, there was a tag light cover that was missing and the bulb was just hanging. I took it to Wal-Mart to ask for help making sure it was hooked up properly and it was all tight. I traveled from Oklahoma to Alabama.Kitty T.

This location was a convenience store. Not, a traditional well maintained and staffed Uhaul location. I had zero assistance in hooking up the trailer and testing the electrical cabling which turned out to have a short in it that prevented the tail lights from working.David R.
