I was told to check truck.They turn key on without motor running.Truck showed 1/2 a tank.There was sand all in truck floor board.As i started truck and back out gas gauge intently dropped to right above 1/4 tank.I took truck made my rounds.Detailed truck and put gas at 3/4 tank when i dropped it back off.My reciept shows now that it has 1/2 tank when i dropped off.More miles so i was charged extra mileage and im stuck paying extra 106 dollars plus my normal bill.Not very professional.I took pic of uhual when i dropped it off.So i have my records.Called to report the issue.But was hungup on.David G.
The lady that was working really saved my day. I told her My daughter was in the hospital and I had just flown here from Spokane , WA. (Where I also work for Uhaul) and needed a way to get to her immediately. She understood my urgency and quickly got me on my way. I'm very grateful to her.Sarah S.

Have employee on site that can represent a uhaul company as well as his regular job. Although he was very forthcoming in trying to help but all phone numbers that we're the ones to contact no one answered matter of fact I was sent straight to voicemail. I waited hours on a call back but we finally was able to figure it out. Other than that particular store I've had great experience with every other store throughout my years and nothing is worse than this one no comparison.Amanda H.
The person that was working the counter refused to help me. She said she was too busy and it was the lunch rush. I had to call the Uhaul number to have them call the person working and make her give me the truck that I had reserved. It was an awful experienceMelissa H.

U-Haul can and should improve this customer first then worry about others. This location did great they had an extra truck for me to use. But had a reservation for a satalite location and U-Haul 3 days prior confirmed reservation and still could not pick up my reservation off the U-Haul website off my phone the web site told me I didn't have a reservation 2 hrs later had to pick up truck in person at the above location. I'm also a vet and I was told by U-Haul corporate that is up to the locations to give discount but when I ask the locations about a vet discount they tell me it's up to the corporate offices----also you can't apply for any discount on the web site. I'm very upset that I had to make several phone calls before I could even get the truck and being it was two hrs late and still had to pay full price,--------and by the way I was on the phone with U-Haul for over an hour as and the recording told me I had to wait 8min then all of a sudden it was 84 minTeresa N.

In my opinion, your mileage rates are way too high. For a short(time-wise) day trip to a town my family and I are moving it cost over $200. I understand there is overhead, but to be honest your mileage rate seems to be overkill. This is no reflection on Willis Quick Stop which I know was simply following company policy. Please review your per mile cost and do something to help people out. Moving is already stressful and expensive.Mark W.
The manager in charge of helping me get the u-haul wasn't very friendly and wasn't really trying to help me get the u- haul. She just told me what to do and left. Well let's just say she ended up coming back and I wasn't able to leave with the u-haul til around 6:30 and had to have it back by 9 so with her not wanting to do her job made me loose out an hour that I could have used. Instead I didn't get all of what I needed moved cause I ran out of time and I wasn't about to have to pay for that again. But once she got the orders and the information put in from returning the truck it took a couple days to get the money back from not using all my miles I had repaid for. U-haul was awesome, and it's wasn't y'all it was the cleark at the location.Vanessa W.

I was charged 51,000 dollars for a 100 milr travel. It took an hour to call and get the issue fixed. It was frustrating. The end point was Willis in Seminole. The worker didnt seem to be professional and the store was chaos for not only me but other customers... I would rent from Coalton Road in Henryetta but will never do buisness with Willis ever again.Amanda R.

Very easy to get to, the lady that help me was Very Nice. It was extremely slow process to get it rented. There wasn't anyone there to help hook up what I rented. I felt Very Uncomfortable hooking it up by myself. I had to move 2 trailers to get to the car hauler that I rented, no one came out to ck on any damages that may have been there, there was a tag light cover that was missing and the bulb was just hanging. I took it to Wal-Mart to ask for help making sure it was hooked up properly and it was all tight. I traveled from Oklahoma to Alabama.Kitty T.

This location was a convenience store. Not, a traditional well maintained and staffed Uhaul location. I had zero assistance in hooking up the trailer and testing the electrical cabling which turned out to have a short in it that prevented the tail lights from working.David R.

The person that checked me in could not operate the computer system. Therefore, a week late, I received a notice from U-Haul that I had returned the trailer. This required me to return to this location and spend a hour correcting the issue. All staff need to be train on the computer system!Carlton W.
While everyone was helpful with this location I had issues finding it. I input the address into two different gps systems (iphone, google maps) and got taken to the wrong location on three occasions before finding this place on the fourth. It cost me an extra $20 due to mileage overage and the gas required to get the tank at the original level.Jimmy L.

I waited for 2 1/2 hrs to pickup and was already pre registered. I was told I would be given a discount for that reason but wasn't, and when I returned the truck I had to wait another hour to get it checked in. The employees have no idea what they are doing with the uhaul business. Very dissatisfied with my experience.Brian S.

The original address on the Uhaul site was incorrect. The location had moved twice since the address posted. It would have saved us an hour trying to find the place if the address had been updated online in the ordering information.Gary L.
