The location staff are horrible. I told them my phone wasn't working so I couldn't go website for return. They said the manager will call back and fix the problem. I called 10 times left several massages no one ever called me. I drove only few blocks yet they charged me $12 for gas. I left my truck clean when I returned yet they charged me cleaning fee. The person who handed me my key wasn't too helpful. He just handed me my key and told me to have a nice day. This is my first time getting a uhaul. I also got a dolly and there was no dolly in the truck. I had to drive all the way back and get one. Luckily a nice employee helped and put it inside for me.Jasmine B.

Dry rotted tires on auto transporter blew a tire waited 5 hours for repair then they jacked the auto transporter up with my car on it bent the frame of the transporter went underneath my bumper and tore my cars bumper off taking it off!!!!Kenneth K.

When we arrived it took a very long time to check in. Also, we ordered two dollies online ahead of time to be with your truck order when we picked it up and they didn't have either of them available on that day, then the attendant couldn't take them off the bill and we were just charged for them anyway and they said there was nothing we could do. The attendant said that there was 3/4 of a tank of gas in the truck, there was only half a tank. We had to go back into the store and tell them this. When we told them they said that we should just take a picture on the link on our phones and it would be solved. I took a picture showing the fuel level at only half full. When we returned the truck, we filled it back up to half a tank (where it was when we started) and they charged us over $80 additional saying that we should have filled it up to 3/4 full. I had to call and dispute this, and the woman on the phone refused to talk to me even though I made the reservation and paid for the order because I wasn't the one that drove the truck. I had to ask my sisters boyfriend to phone into the call to give them permission to talk to me about MY OWN ORDER which is absolutely ridiculous. We also had to wait on hold for about an hour and a half and got transferred twice to fix a situation that we told them about upfront. Not a good experience.Paul G.

For one they manager could possibly be at location once and a while the last five times I went hes not and his employees say he's home with his feet up ridiculous no one had on masks I was very uncomfortable they weren't welcoming or even looking happy customer service wasn't any for miles honestly I will dread the next time I have to use them and they hound you call u three times a day if ur late it was a 100 percent awful......Krystal H.

It's been over a year since I used this facility. What impressed me the most is the gentleman taking my reservation. I had a shoulder surgery last year and he remembered that and asked how I was doing. This is what customer service is all about. This young man is a prime candidate for management and he sets the standard for customer service. Although my wife and I have purchased a cargo trailer we will always recommend this location because of him. When I do need to rent a trailer or moving vehicle. This location will be too of my list. We were supposed to drop off at Caruso auto but they refused to take a one way rental. We got overcharged for gas. We have contacted our credit card company. We left it with over 1/2 tank which is how we got it. I am disputing the charge with the bank because no one answers the damn phone. Terrible experience!!!!!!ALFREDO V.
