JENNIFER W.This location was outstanding but I am deeply disappointed in the U Haul company and the way they handled my reservation. First the online site allowed me to reserve my trailer in Uniontown PA while knowing they did not have the requested trailer. As a result, big U Haul arbitrarily moved my reservation to Morgantown WV. After I complained my reservation was moved to Scenery Hill PA. My reservation was then moved to Cumberland MD. I then called the Cumberland location directly and they confirmed they had my reservation AND the trailer. When I arrived at the Cumberland location I was told they gave my trailer away to someone else. I then had to scramble while on the road and luckily was able to get the trailer from Scenery Hill. The Scenery Hill people were GREAT. Big U Haul SUCKED.

Your website is nonfunctional . 53 minutes on hold returning truck no one ever took the 800 number call. No doubt you will use Covid as a convenient excuse. Mr Goodwin gets the job done and well without fail.
