I had to hunt down the help in the yard. My time is valuable to me. Shouldn’t have to go looking for someone to collect the money I spend at a business.

Rental agent put my drop off 30 minutes from where we unloaded our stuff. Wasted an hour of our time in traffic. I already had picked another closer location but he said he couldn't find what I had already picked. I would like a partial refund for my wasted time.

They didn't have the trailer I ordered but they accommodated us by giving us a different, better trailer at the same low rate. They were extremely helpful.

I rented a trailer twice once in August from Wauwatosa WI to Santa Barbara CA I was not told I had a free months storage unit from renting the one way and paid 165.00 to rent one. The only reason I found out was that when I called SB to rent another one way she asked if I need the free storage. I would like some kind of compensation on this

The self-pickup option took way too long. I arrived at the location right at 11 and started the process. At 11:20 I was still waiting for someone to review my license and photo. If I had gone straight to the counter I would have been in my truck and on my way. I finally gave up and went to the counter where the young man who assisted me was very helpful and I was finally checked out 5 minutes later. Self-pickup was a severe waste of my time.

Equipment was in good shape & staff was polite & helpful. The location has limited POV parking in a narrow area w/ confusing entry driveways.

Stop overcharging for fuel on returned vehicles

Our customer representative, Alexandra Carranza was so beyond rude and unknowledgeable that she completely ruined our experience. She tried to trick us into paying an additional 80 dollars and when I caught her in the act and called her out she made things worse! I can't believe how unprofessional she was. Definetly won't be using this place again. We were practically at the uhaul store for an hour just because of Alexandra's mistakes. We should of just walked out and rented a truck from anywhere else. VERY disappointed and upset

My over all experience with u haul in poor dealing with Corp this is the second time that I made a reservation one place then sent way out of my way to pick up my trailer

Pickup truck should have been washed and vacuumed, there was some sticky substance on the steering wheel.

I really wanted to say "not sure" instead of NO on the last question of recommendation to a friend. Had a bit of a wait picking up the vehicle ,but that's normal. Returning it was more of a problem with customer service. It was not that busy at the time, but I still had to search and wait a while for someone to check the vehicle in and he could have at least apologized. The return lot appeared to be unattended, but busy in other areas. It's a small lot and also difficult to find a spot to park the van. Very congested. Also i thiink since you charge so much per mile, 69 cents, that you should not have to pay for gas as well. Would suggest setting a 25 day mileage limit and then charging for additional mileage.

Last time the gas was not full when I get the truck but the employee let me sign the paper before I can get to see the truck. Just make sure the customer can see the truck first otherwise how can people know whether the tank is full or not and have to sign to acknowledge something they can't know. But anyway the employees are friendly and good.

Maintenance needed on steering wheel, too much play and it could cause an accident.
