I waited in the main room for over ten minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter. Finally went around back and a girl with purple in her hair was on her phone in the garage. As soon as I stumbled back there she jumped into action. They had four trucks waiting to be returned and she was in back ignoring us. I refuse to use this location again.PHILIP P.
When I first arrived, the employee at the front desk was helping another customer with their rental. He did not even say hello, I'll be right with you. There was only once staff member at the time. The transaction with that customer took about 15 mins. Then the same employee tells the customer "I will pull up the vehicles in front for you," once the transaction was complete. The employee walks out the door and says nothing to me, such as I'll be right back or sorry for the wait. In total I waited 25 minutes to be seen. I was standing in the facility completely alone for 10 mins while the employee got the vehicles for the first customer, no supervision whatsoever. Also, the rental was reserved for 4:30 pm pick up to 6:30 pm drop off. I did not get the vehicle until 4:50 pm but still had 2 hours recorded on the paperwork and still had to return it by 6:30 pm. The only problem I had was that the different sizes of moving trucks were not available, but that's my fault because I reserved a large one, but it was too large to drive. So, I went back to get a smaller truck and the one I wanted was not available. But, Cameron got me into the next size down and that worked really well. Your associate was rude and then upon purchasing a $5 lock with a $10 bill, he decided to make me wait forever only to find out he was giving me the rest of my change in nickels!! Gave us poor instructions regarding what to do about a couple very noticeable dents on the front bumper. The last thing I would like to mention is his lack of full disclosure never mentioning anything about a late fee if returned after hours telling us we had 24 hours for 19.95 plus mileage and told us where to deposit the keys when we hour back. Ultimately, what we expected to be a $30-$40 dollar rental turned into then simply keeping our $100 deposit and never hearing from them again. Never received an email or an invoice or even a followup. Just kept our $100 deposit. Very unprofessional and I felt cheated out of my money. Very unsatisfied with this uhaul service.robert W.
