The lady who helped me at this Sanger location was super friendly and extremely helpful. If not for her, I would have rented a van without a ramp. She changed my rental to one with a ramp and it took her about 10 seconds to do it. My only issue, and it wasn't really a big deal, was that the van looked like it had just gotten in and they didn't have time to clean it up. Not a big deal since I'm sure they weren't expecting to rent that out when I showed up and needed a different van. Overall, I'm very pleased!!!

Location was under construction and it was a mess. I was afraid of getting a nail or screw in my tire. Personnel was great in spite of the mess.
Kelly JI called U-Haul customer service number because of being displaced from hurricane Helene and losing everything from the hurricane. I was unable to switch drop off locations online due to the U-Haul website not working properly, at no fault of my own. I called the customer service number and was told by a manager that it was not the problem of U-Haul that I needed a different location for drop off. I was charged a double charge due to not being able to switch online. This is unacceptable customer service from U-Haul during a natural disaster. U-Haul should be ashamed to treat their customers with such little compassion. I expect U-Haul to make this right immediately. I have been a U-Haul customer both independently and with my business for nearly 15 years. If this is not made right, I will certainly not be able to use U-Haul again. My number is 2294910177.
Jeffrey MWhen you expect to pick up the equipment at the time you select and it doesn't do any good to do so because you can't access the keys because she forgot to leave them in the lock box. Delayed us 2 hours on our schedule.
GARY NThe location is a bit dusty, but I wasn't expecting Buckingham palace. Also- this isn't their fault AT ALL- but for U-Haul to give away my reserved truck & basically force me into a bigger truck than I needed or could afford, AAAAAAND make me drive way out of my way to pick it up--- that was some BS!! I was picking my daughter up & moving her out of a domestic violence situation & to have the added stress from all of these things on top of what we were already going through was pretty upsetting & problematic.
