How U-Haul Reviews WorkCustomer Service is bad
KaiHia FThe location was good, but that is not what I want to review. The gentleman working there was excellent and was able to accommodate some issues with the truck before I left and I had a great trip. I want to review U-Haul as a company. I reserved a truck a mile from my house and when I got there I was told that the truck was 20 miles away. I didn't receive proper notification of this change. It also added about 40 miles to my trip (which increased the cost of the rental). This is poor service by U-Haul and I expect better.
