I really can't see much about this location being that nobody really is ever there from what I'm finding out now I was assured by U-Haul that there would be somebody there but there wasn't when you go to call nobody would answer I had to then call U-Haul customer service to be able to return the truck properly and it took this location a couple days to make it over to that location to check the truck out. I called them the next day after I talk to U-Haul customer service just to make sure because my experience with U-Haul has been terrible. They had a very stern matter-of-fact attitude and I try to let them know about the issues with the truck so this doesn't happen to somebody else so they can get in the shop. They blew me off and said yeah yeah I will check it out but we've never had any complaints from any customers. sorry wrong answer that's not how you deal with a customer interest trove 900 miles in a unsafe vehicle. That hopes nobody else will have to go through this I feel like U-Haul has tried to pacify me the manager for the U-Haul for the Florida area or I picked it up extended my time I never asked him to, but thank God he did because I never would've made it in time so he gave me $200 back that was before I even took off with the truck for it not being clean for keeping me behind schedule everything else the list goes on it is unacceptable for what I paid for this. I expect someone to give me a call and to make this right financially with me and an apology Not a oh yeah well thanks for letting us know. It'll be fine.Desiree C.

The truck rattled like a tank. Damage to the vehicle prior to me picking it up was visible from the end of the block. Then the 24/7 pick-up was a total joke. My appointment to pick the truck up was at 8:00 in Salem Ohio. I finished all of the background pictures and so forth on the app. After they confirmed everything on the app, the app crashed before I could get the pin for the lock to retrieve the keys. My mother-in-law tried for an hour and ten minutes to call U-haul to get these codes. U-haul transferred us to 5 different customer service reps while dropping 3 different phone calls. We finally received the right code after 1 and a half hours for the keys to the truck. Also, I ordered and payed for a large dolly that was not in the truck. Great way to stick people on a time restraint trying to move. Do not ever use U-haul. Even the worker at the store that I returned the truck to said, she hates dealing with anything though U-haul. Cutting corners to save a buck is a great way to bury a company.Sean H.
