It took an hour to do the questions on the computer and then had to do it all over again by telephone with the owner. And I was supposed to get a car hauler trailer but it was gone so had to settle for a car dolly. Not happy.

The woman who worked here was nice but it was a weird gas station location pick up. We had to change our original pickup to here last minute because our truck we reserved could not be confirmed at the original location even though we booked out 1 week in advance and it was further from home.
kyle D.Super fast and easy!!
Rebecca S.Service was terrible, U-Haul was dirty, did not have appliance dolly I had reserved, I had to wait for the lady that worked there to get off of the phone (sounded like a personal call) to locate the key for my rental. 20 plus minutes later after she finally found the key she just handed it to me said here's your key and walked away, didn't point me towards my truck or anything. Employees there had better things to do than assist customers.
william J.I was charged for a hand dolly and there was not one on the truck. I didn't realize this until I got to the location where I was picking up the furniture. I had to rent a dolly at a local hardware store for $10.00. When I returned the truck to the U-Haul rental location, I told the person at the counter that there was no dolly on the truck. She pointed out that the dolly was sitting on the side of the building. I went outside to look, and it was still there. It would have been more logical that they have the dolly already on the truck for me. Even if I saw a dolly sitting outside how would I know I was supposed to take that one. I went back and asked if she could take the charge for the dolly off of the bill. She told me that she could not make any adjustments to the contract upon return of the truck. I'm disappointed with this situation. It cost me additional money and time to find a dolly to rent. I think any person in this, or a similar situation would believe that everything paid for on the contract would already be loaded on the truck and ready to go and should not have to look around the building.
