maria H.First comment from service person was to ask if I could take the trailer somewhere else. When I said no because I originally had requested a different drop-off location closer to where I was using the trailer. He instructed me to back the trailer into a tight location and did not help unhook the trailer. The trailer was put on an incline, and it started rolling when I unhooked it. When I returned to the inside of the store to ask if he had something to chock the wheels, he seemed put out and finally came out to help. He then told me he would email me a receipt. I called later in the day and he said he forgot and would do it right away. I did not get a receipt until I contacted customer service who promptly sent me one.
