I ordered and paid for a furniture dolly and it was not in the truck.

The equipment I requested in my online reservation (appliance dolly) was not available at pick up. I also requested a 10am pickup and was given a 4pm pickup, which did not work for everyone who was helping us. We had to take a larger truck that we didn't need and pay more.

Have the vehicle that is assigned to you at the right location. Don't expect customer to fix your mistake by having to return vehicle to different place when it was at wrong location to begin with.

Location had issues with the UHaul website/login, was very slow and unresponsive. Took quite a while to get checked in which was frustrating for me and the location manager. Originally booked to check in via mobile phone but could not get logged on to complete rental at time of pick up, this was very frustrating.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. I had a 10:30 AM RESERVATION only to be bounced to 4 different Uhaul locations for vehicles that the locations did not have. By the time I actually got a vehicle it was 12:15 PM. I had several people waiting on me I was hoping to be finished with the vehicle by this time. A total waste of everyone's time and complete disappointment with your company. Never again will I use Uhaul.

Site is located within a BP which is confusing. The equipment was not ready when I arrived and the uhaul employee had to be called from home to assist with the rental. The situation was resolved under 30 minutes, but caused me to miss my next appointment.

The start time of the reservation should start when the process is completed and they hand you the keys. I lost over a half hour of my reserved time because I had to wait about 20 minutes at the store for the Uhaul specialist to arrive and another 10 minutes to finish the paperwork. Luckily I overestimated the time needed, otherwise that could have been a problem.

Make sure inside of truck is clean. This was a complete mess and before we could put our furniture in it we had to sweep it and clean it. After the move we sanitized our furniture on fear we might have bugs.

A reservation was made, then the guy told me he couldn’t find my reservation, which made me over an hour late since I had to wait for him to get there.

Would have been nicer to have the checkout in person. It was load at the location and raining so it was difficult to complete the transaction.

My truck was almost provided to another customer because they had two similar trucks. This is unacceptable as I chose the mobile check in for efficiency purposes. Mobile check in is a great concept but the inefficiencies in the process need to be ironed out. Primarily the communication piece. I was very pleased with how fast the response on the phone was each time I called.

There's no communication between the company and the person using the rental nothing is fully explained everything is assumed the truck I wanted was not available I had to wait for two hours on hold and waiting for a man to get to the store to help me, I was given a storage unit that's not even available and I was charged for it not once but twice called my local store and they told me they couldn't do anything about it until the district manager was back from vacation a week from now, it was an absolutely terrible experience I would never use Uhaul again.

This whole process was a nightmare. You’re online rental is a waist of time. Was on the phone for over 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone and still never got thru. The location that I finally did get the van was very helpful and when I got ahold of the Saint Louis district office they were helpful. You really do have some problems with your online app and if you wanna give me a call I would be more than glad to talk to you about it. Also I promise I will not put you on hold for 45 minutes. Tim

The owner of the station was very friendly and helpful. The truck was in good condition. The only draw back was there was water in the box of the truck. It had been raining, but I think there might be a small hole in the truck. Overall we did not have any issues and it was a good rental experience.

I'll try to be brief! When I went to pick up my 5 x 8 cargo trailer, Pedro was not there yet. Ron McCabe (area field manager) showed up, as he was going to do some training with Pedro. He offered to get me started. As Ron and I went through the procedural stuff, we discovered the lights weren't working on the trailer. He determined it was an issue with my Honda Odyssey...likely a blown fuse. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in figuring it all out and even had a new fuse in his truck. I estimate he spent 30 minutes trouble-shooting, etc, and this certainly wasn't his responsibility. He was super nice about all of it! Please be sure to properly commend him for his outstanding work and feel free to contact me for further info! Good job U-haul!!!
