I would not have this person sell UHAUL rentals. Very rude to us and another person there. Not a good business person.

We never interacted with anyone, just used app. We did not go inside but basically it's a garage so no expectations or judgment; it is what it is.
Raymond RUnfriendly staff. Upon arrival worker was working in the garage with his music playing loud that he did not hear me enter his shop. I tried calling out to him numerous time before entering the garage to locate someone to assist me with the rental. Once finding him he was irritated that I entered his garage work area and told me I should have yelled louder for him. After giving him the information for my rental, I signed the signature page in his phone and he handed me the keys to the uhaul. No walk around the vehicle with him to make sure everything was ok, or to assist if anything was needed. He just walked off back into his garage. The uhaul truck was dirty in the cab with broken hangers, empty spring water bottles and general garbage. The storage compartment area was dirty and not swept with broken screws, shelve clips and more broken hangers. Very disappointed and will not recommend this location for uhaul or for anything else. Never had such a poor experience with uhaul as have had here.
Thomas FThe location owner forgot to leave the key for the truck. We could not get him on the phone and had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to get through to customer service. When I explained the already frustrating situation to the rep she walked me through the instructions on the app like I hadn’t just told her there was no key. We wasted almost two hours on a day when we needed to stay on schedule and the owner has yet to reach out and apologize.
AUDREY JMichael was fantastic; although his service center was closed on Labor Day, he still came in and set us up. He had to problem solve some issues, so he was further delayed and still figured things out for us. Great service - great guy.
