The agent told me I could return the van to any U-Haul close to my destination. I asked him multiple times and he said yes "You just have to call U-Haul ". The next day after I had moved , I called U-Haul to inform the I wanted to drop off at a U-Haul agent at 02324 (Bridgewater ) and U-Haul said "No" , that the reservation was an in town reservation. Like I just go back and drop it off there else if I choose to drop off at another location, it comes with a crazy charge. I was really disappointed, like really disappointed, why lie to me, why did the agent no make the necessary changes before I took the van. Well I had to drive back to Boston at an extra cost of gas and also uber back to Bridgewater. Really disappointed

Lisa GIt was very difficult picking up the Uhaul because the attendant was managing both Uhaul pickups and gas station purchases. Additionally, our truck was stuck in snow and behind other Uhaul trucks, so we had to ask the attendant to move one of the trucks in order for us to get out. A five minute process ended up taking at least 30 minutes. One of the rear tires was also flat(which we noticed after we picked up the truck), which is a driving hazard. It's a good thing we only drive a few miles, because my husband and I did not feel safe traveling in the truck.

YHINNY MThe van had no gas, and while there was someone at the gas station who was helpful, they didn't seem to have any ability to help, which I don't believe was there fault. I blame U-Haul for that. The app is horrible, and when I spoke with customer assistance, they were equally unhelpful.
