Jannie JCheck in engine light on when I took vehicle. I informed agent while picked up the vehicle but he said it’s ok but it was giving trouble to me.
Sajjith ROnly way to even tell it's a U-Haul place is the presence of a couple of trucks. I parked the truck, went in, there's a convenience store clerk on the phone with a friend, he pauses his conversation (but is still on the phone) so I can say I'm dropping off a truck, I give him the key, he says nothing more, I say, "So is that all you need?" He says "That's it." And I leave. Turns out that wasn't it. When I got no email confirmation, I called U-Haul the next morning, and they called this drop-off location. Apparently the clerk assumed I had used the app for drop-off, but I didn't (I had never suggested I would, and they were open), so my truck wasn't actually checked in at all. U-Haul got it resolved quickly and everything is fine, but drop-off wasn't great for those reasons. Next time I'll drop off at an actual U-Haul location.
