KEITH BJust very confused on how I got charged for gas I drove 6 miles, and it said we used a quarter of a tank of gas. We got charged $14 extra. I know the gas policy, but I do not feel like 6 miles should use a quarter tank of gas. Other than that the service was great and the lady working the desk was very nice and helpful. The truck worked great and was clean.
CONNER PYou need to spray the inside cab of your trucks for spiders and insects. I got bit yesterday while in the truck by something on my back. The bite is painful and I’m hoping it wasn’t by something poisonous. Other than that the lady that helped me was so kind and friendly. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend the location on Bighill Avenue in Richmond, Ky to anyone.
