Didn't have the size I reserved month in advance. Which wasted time money and energy.would not help to compensate. Truck was dirty, inside cab. I couldn't see out windshield do to dirt. tried the windshield washer fluid and there wasn't any. I did night drop and self check out through app and they charged me 25$ to check in.. Horrible experience...

MILTON WThe employees made a mistake and didn’t give us the key to unlock the lock so we had to inconveniently go back to the U-Haul location & exchange our current vehicle for another one. When we came back to get another vehicle the male employee stated he would give us 10$ off of the U-Haul for the inconvenience when we asked for a bigger discount for the waste of our time he declined with an attitude. When we came back to return the U-Haul he didn’t even acknowledge that we stepped into the location. He then stormed out to inspect the U-Haul truck and came back in and did not say anything to us at all except the ending price. Overall it was poor customer service & I will definitely never be coming back to this location.

RAFAEL SMileage on contract was wrong and did not match the contract. When I advised at the time of rental I was told I had to call and have U-Haul change the mileage the woman refused to enter the proper mileage and also refused to assist to lookup a return address for me since the location I gave her wasn’t in the list and told me I had to call and have U-Haul help me. She didn’t inform me of fees and costs when asked. She was very rude. Went to help other customers with registrations even while we were in the middle of our transaction. It took 45 minutes to just complete the rental. I was a bit frustrated at the service and at one point she told me if I can go somewhere else if I don’t like her service. I needed the rental so I stayed to complete the transaction. Mileage was never updated and I was charged for more miles than I used because she wouldn’t update it. When I called I was told they can’t change the miles only at the rental location can it be changed. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this transaction. I will never rent from usual again
