Claimed a certain mileage. However, a photo was taken once inside the truck and they were higher than what was put down on paperwork. Also, claimed I took the rental at 12:56 but there was an issue with the app at the time and we didn't get into the truck and leave until 16 minutes after that time. Customer service from the male was terrible when I tried explaining the issue I was having with the app. They over charged for mileage.

A simple wheel hitch jack on trailered rentals would be a useful tool. If you need to take off the ball hitch loaded or not because of unfortunate problems, impossible to lift it off by hand. Just about all trailers have some type of lift unit.
KENNETH BI had a change in schedule from the initial rental that was immediately accommodated. Pick up and drop off were handled efficiently.
