Your customers should be informed that the price is a bulk price and there is no chance of a refund even if you returned the equipment a day early. This was very misleading especially for someone that was just trying to be safe by getting the extra day when they really couldn't afford it.

The location was very busy and had too many vehicles/trailers blocking access - the FEDEX truck could not leave without moving customers prior to check-in. The check-in was completed quickly outside - getting a hard copy of the receipt was time absorbing inside….

I had to reschedule several times via telephone and was put on hold. I eventually gave up and had to call back later. It does seem to be a busy office, but being put on hold for 5 minutes plus at a time is kind of silly.

I was told the truck would be at the location I requested, we went there to pick up, waited in line & then we were told we had to pick up at a different & farther away location! I also told the owner of the new location the phone book had the wrong number listed & he said " I didn't even know they made phone books anymore", he was very sarcastic & made me feel old & unimportant!! I will not use that location again, even if I have to use another company!!

I reserved a 17' truck and when I went to pick it up they first could not find my reservation in the system. Then what they finally found my reservation they had put my down for a 26' truck which was much larger and more expensive than I needed. They refused to release the truck that I had reserved to me, claiming that they didn't have any 17' trucks available, despite having 2 sitting in their lot. Horrible customer service, and I was over charged and not given what I had reserved.

There is a steep dip in the driveway, and when I pulled in slowly, our vehicle scraped the ground. When we rented a towing trailer at a later date at another U-Haul, we noticed that the wires to our tow hitch had been severed off due to that steep dip in this U-Haul’s location. Thankfully, the other U-Haul shop fixed the issue at no cost. But I would suggest getting that driveway fixed to avoid other complaints.

The person who helped me was cheerful and welcoming. He also knew what I needed and knew what needed to be done to get me in/out of there as fast as possible and still doing all of his required duties. He was great!

The rep behind the counter was pushing me to use the app. The app is a piece of shit and does not work. This is not the reps fault, but you shouldn't be pushing people to use an app that doesn't work. To give specific feedback on what didn't work: 1) It told me I did not have an account when i put in my email, so I tried to create one. 2) When I tried to create it, it told me my email was already on file. 3) When i tried the email and password combination it would have been (I use the same password everywhere, except I customize it, for example for your app/website i would use Uhaul123) it told me the password it would have been didn't work. 4) I tried to reset my password, it told me it was successfully reset. It still didn't work. The only problem with my entire experience with uhaul was your shitty app. Fix that and i'd give you 5 stars. Everyone who worked at the uhaul place was excellent though. They deserve raises.

Order for 6/30 11:00 a.m.was cancelled by Uhaul. Gave us a truck at 4:00 pm. And at the store furthest from us! We wanted the truck for 24 hrs. Hired a place to move us. They picked up the truck 4:00 pm 6/30, left our place to return the truck before 3:30 pm 7/1/18. BUT they didn't return it until 7/2 at 9:44 a.m. We were charged double for everything we rented: furniture dolly, furniture pads, utility dollies.Used 63.4 mileage for a move .04 mi from old place (made about 8-10 round trips which would be .08 mi.) and store maybe 12 mi from us. I was furious when I received a bill for $357.88 (which should have been around $150-175.00, if that).

WHEN YOU OVERCHARGE A CUSTOMER, YOU SHOULD PROVIDE THE REFUND IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT TOOK ME 9 UHAUL PHONE CONTACTS OVER A MONTH AND MANY HOURS ON THE PHONE TO GET MY $10 BACK. THEN, ABOVE ALL ELSE, I WAS SITTING ANGRY YESTERDAY BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM YOUR CASE/COMPLAINT #1847793. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT VIA CHAT STATED THE $10 WAS RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT A FEW DAYS EARLIER. Oh, you should have told me. 1. Don't overcharge for equipment not used. 2. Provide a refund in a timely manner. 3. Communicate with customers effectively. 4. Report to the unhappy customer that the case was resolved in their favor.

The first inclination shouldn't be for you to make such wild accusations and you should do everything you can to make it a pleasant experience for YOUR CUSTOMER!!
