This complaint has nothing to do with Raners Automotive. They were great. We originally reserved (Reservation # 75132530) a cargo van on 5/21/25 for pickup 5/30/25 from Creative Woodworking Bath NY. I had a confirmed reservation. The day before scheduled pickup, 5/29, a friend was talking with the owner of Creative Woodworking U-Haul who told our friend that "he has no vans"! He never tried to call us! Thank god our friend told us on the morning of 5/29 because we were then able to schedule a 26' box truck from another U-Haul dealer, Raner Auto. Raner was great!

I have used over 10 different U-Haul sites and Raners Auto is definitely the best!
Philip BWe were told to drop the vehicle off at 11:59. We were there at exactly 11:59 and were charged an extra day because they checked the vehicle back in at 12:09.
