How U-Haul Reviews Workexcellent.
Joseph TI don’t need a lot of interaction but he definitely overestimated our ability to back into tight areas. There was no clear discussion about why tge mileage was over. Overall meh.
Chris CVery nice and helpful
Ellen BThe customer service at this location is the absolute worst. When I arrived for the pickup the man was extremely rude. He told me he didn't want to do the check in because I scheduled it 8:30 and how i was interfering with him preparing to close the store. He asked me several times why I needed it for that time. I should not have to explain my business to your uhaul service attendant. When i return for the drop off it was a different man. I asked him for assistance in unhooking the trailer i rented from the truck I rented and he told me he wasn't going to help me either. He told me to ask someone in the parking lot to help me. I have rented from uhaul several times before and this place has the absolute worst customer service of any business i have ever dealt with. If my employees gave this level of service, they would no longer be employed
