I would recommend a different location I have rented from other places in Post Falls and the service was much better. The agent at this spolt wasn't helpful and somewhat rude. The biggest issue with U-Haul Trailers is no spare tire. The roadside assistance isn't relevant if you are in a location without Cell Phone service which is very common in the area I was travelling in Idaho. To get to an area with service and unhook the trailer and leave it on the side of the road isn't a good option not to mention it could add hours of delays. Not a very smart policy. I would probably not rent again from Uhaul to travel to this locatoin again.Kurt H.

The ramp was broken & not able to be used. The wiper blades were broken & did not keep the window clear during the snow storm that was going on. I was extremley over charged. I contacted customer service to correct this. I was given a partial refund only then to have a second charge applied to my card. Never will I rent or do business with this location.TRACI P.
Can't think of anything that could be improved. I think the ladies name was Jesse. With C-19 concerns she kept the office closed and came out to complete the paperwork. I had to hook up the equipment myself, only to find out that if something had happened on my trip uhaul would cover the equipment ( meaning I would have to pay for the damage to the trailer). Thank god the trip was smooth and no issues.Coronda S.

The employee at Ross point mini storage was an amazing help. He gave me top quality customer service and made sure he could help me in any way. His customer service was so good I decided to rent a storage unit from him instead of taking my stuff to the uhaul facility for the 30 day free storage. This guy was very helpful.
