I reserved the truck for 9am. The owner didn't get to his shop until 10. He then is nasty to me , don't tell me when to open my shop. He had the keys inside the building. This was a self service truck meaning drop boxes. But he had them. He would not give them to me unless I had a contract number. He than said that he doesn't work for U-Haul and U-Haul doesn't work for me. , real nasty man. Move that truck to another location. We can't depend on this guy to show up. And who wants to deal with an ugly person anyway.

I make my reservation 1 day before, then 4 hours before my pick up truck location where I make my reservation call me to change my pick up location. The location where I make my reservation and where my truck suppose to be was very close of me, but they call me couple hours before my service to change and send me too far I was very angry 😡 about that. I accept it only because I was already set up everything in my move apt.

Angelo CCustomer service was terrible. Phone consultants have little knowledge of what they are doing and will provide incorrect information with confidence even when they know they’re wrong. Information was recorded but never asked, the pricing and package was communicated incorrectly, talked with several different people and they all said different things, no one is on the same page and notes are either disregarded or never written down in the first place. Website is not user friendly. Options are non existent. Gas station attendants don’t have any knowledge of the company or contract information.
