The truck had garbage in it and we should not had to clean up after other people also we should be refunded half money back

William LOwner told me I needed to flip my hitch over so trailer was higher in the air and said he would swap the ball for me and charge me labor but I told him I would just buy another hitch and then got mad because I didn't want to pay him to do it instead
Kenneth RMake sure staff knows how to connect the trailer. Came off as soon as I pulled out of their lot. I usually do the hook up myself, but trusted them to do it. Big mistake. Wheel bearing was clearly out on trailer, told the guy and he just asked if I wad gonna be hauling anything heavy , and they would fix it when I returned it. Also had right turn and Brake light out. Definitely would rent from somewhere else and always check hookup yourself because they obviously do not know what they are doing. Luckily it didn't hit my truck or anyone else.
