RANDY G.The U-Haul website somehow allowed me to book movers who weren't actually available for the time slot I needed them. So I wasted a truck rental and hours of my time because of U-Haul's faulty reservation system. Both the U-Haul location and the vendor (moving company, who really wanted to help but they were already on a job noon-4, and UHaul.com allowed me to book them 2-4 for some reason) were great, I'm emphasizing I'm disappointed in the U-Haul reservation system.
