Austin was very helpful. I thought that I was picking up the vehicle at 7:30, because that's when it was reserved, but the app would not allow me to pick up without checking in at the counter, and they didn't open until 9:00. Needless to say, that caused problems for me, as I had to take a Lyft back to my apartment and come back later, at extra expense and loss of time. However, when I went back, Austin helped me and was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for the move. I appreciated is professionalism and how he went the extra mile for me.

The back was totally dirty with black debris and there were only four moving blankets.

I miss those days when Uhaul meant clean inside out, nothing broken, attendant was also clean, quick, and nice. This time tire pressure low, right mirror broken, dirty, broken pieces of glass inside, when we returned it the attendant was entertaining his girlfriend on the couch. How do you improve it? You gave me a useless broken truck. At an absolute bare minimum, maintain your vehicles so they actually function and don't leave people stuck waiting for a tow truck. Zero stars, 0/10, would never ever EVER recommend.

Either made a mistake with Miles in or fraudulent mile overage reporting. Will dispute this with uhaul and visa.

The Uhaul clerk, was very very helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed. Very nice. Highly recommend!
