How U-Haul Reviews WorkOnly one person at the register and he kept leaving the uhaul checkout to handle the store register. The trailer brake reservoir was bone dry. He put fluid in but brakes didn't work because after being empty you need to bleed the brakes.
James DExtremely frustrated that my truck pickup location was changed THREE TIMES before I got my vehicle. A 9:00 AM pick up time was offered and chosen. However, the location did not open until 9:30 AM! Also, the truck I selected wasn't even available at any of the three locations. Very fortunate that I ultimately ended up with a 20 foot truck instead of the 15 foot truck I originally selected.
Charles FGentleman was very nice and patient. Great experience.
