Add signage both outside and inside near the counter which indicates "U-Haul Rental," Rental Hours and Rates for the customer. Have U-haul Rental brochures readily accessible to the customer with details to include tips for a successful Rental process. Have business cards readily accessible to be given to be to the customer upon request. I as the customer asked for a business card and the individual said, "...he did not have any because U-haul would not let him have any..." Clean and sanitize the cab of the U-haul Rental truck between rental customers so that the next person will appreciate that fact of the rental having been cleaned! I accidentally overfilled the U-haul Rental Truck with gasoline and the rental agent noticed, but he did not and would not reimburse me.
